What to Expect
- Routine repairs are typically completed within 1–5 days
- Emergency issues are handled as quickly as possible

How to Request Maintenance
During office hours

Please provide:
- Your name
- Apartment number
- Description of the issue
If your request isn’t completed in a reasonable time, follow up to ensure it was received.

Charges are based on a standard list and may be added to your rent.
